I don't believe in any conversation where so called "f slang" is used.
YES you can say it in joking terms but NO I don't buy it. I hate it as much as I hate cockroaches and reptiles. Almost everyone's using it to express anger, disgust... and (for those who are in excruciating toothache) pain.. but hey you'll learn something new today. I've never spoken of that word before. If I can do it then why can't you.
When someone uses it on me, I get so annoyingly offended I don't bother replying, whether it was in the context of sms, email or in conversation. I don't care if you said it jokingly or not, I won't be putting up with somebody who's such an underclass.
