busy busy two days in a row

awww how i wish i can be always busy... 

hmmm looking at this book makes me wonder if i can shorten the appt times so i can squeeze in more patients? im trying but i can't do pulpectomy and preparation in one hour... i always try to push myself but it just seems impossible. if i shorten the first appt and just do pulpectomy.. then i don't think i can do prep and obturation in next 60 min...? man im so slow. slow slow slow slow like a hippopotamus....

yeah. like that hippo. 

the only thing in my brain during the treatment is... speeding up. i keep on telling myself, come one, u can do this faster. speed up speed up u don't have enough time. do more while the patient is here... speed speed SPEED...!

it's something that'd come with time huh

as time goes on.. i will be more experienced.. and as i become more experienced.. i will be able to speed up.

i feel so slow nowadays i bet im so much slower than all my classmates who's been working at private since last yr. there are so much things that ive missed out on by being a member of public health system. 

but like everything else it has two sides to it. thanks to last year i was able to fully assess a patient with facial injury today.. was able to communicate with the surgeon at the hospital and he was surprised that i knew so much as a dentist! (Hooo.. there goes another maxfac who looks down on GDPs... tsktsktsk)

after tomorrow.. i will be depressed again with free book.. wudn't know what to do with it... sigh

please please please make me a busier lady so i can save more $$$! i need a large large instalment to buy a comfy house... :) :) :)

i know it's a hard thing to do, but i am going to dream on!
